Hi,

We are using IMZA120R007M1H - Silicon carbide MOSFET and need clarification of ‘‘ON ITEM MARKING’’ on the component.
For your reference, sharing details which are available on the component (12M1H007, i, HC1405).
Could you explain what this marking indicates (HC1405)?
