what is difference between On Semi prefix S2Z to SZ?
Hello pyu and welcome to the DigiKey TechForum.
According to the datasheet the SZ prefix is calling out automotive or other applications requiring unique site and control change requirements.
I have been unable to find any information related to the S2Z prefix, but I have reached out to OnSemi to see if they are able to share what this may be calling out. Once I have received a response, I will provide an update.
