Opto Diode offers an array of optoelectronics products for specialty use, such as the AXUV100G photodiode. Customers occasionally ask us if this product comes calibrated, and if we can provide certifications or get a NIST-calibrated version.
As a photodiode, this product is not tunable - once it’s manufactured its properties are set. It fundamentally cannot be calibrated inasmuch as its properties cannot be changed post-manufacturing. If you need documentation proving that the device corresponds to its specifications, please check with our Sales team for a certificate of conformance, instead.

Due to the high cost and low order volume, we do not currently offer an off-the-shelf AXUV-100G with NIST calibration through Digi-Key. However, customers are welcome to reach out to us directly to arrange a special order of this part number, with calibration performed by either NIST or LBNL depending on the required wavelength calibration range. Should we see an increase in demand for this configuration, we can work with Digi-Key to make it available as a standard offering.
