Good morning, I bought a Fan back a few weeks ago that 1 of your engineers helped me cross. The fan they sold me 381-3571 400MM. My customer mounted it with small mod… It looked like it would work but the fan runs in the wrong direction. They said they rewired it and it still ran the wrong direction for them. Do you have a different fan or a solution to fix the existing unit? Please let me know ASAP.

Data sheet , top right states:
Direction of rotation is CCw looking at rotor.
