part number from led strip within a 2’ strip light. I tried doing the cross reference but I don’t have enough information here to compare to what is listed.
Looks like a Samsung product. That entire product line got discontinued, meaning that datasheets and product are both harder to find. Upside is that remaining stocks are somewhat cheaper than they used to be. These are some strips in the 2’/3500K range that might fit-check dimensions & ratings against the driver in the installation to guide any choice.
The raw leds are the same story. Checking dimensions against those on hand would be needful. Note that replacing individual devices can be harder than it may appear at first glance, and that if the burn-out process is underway it’s likely that there’s another ready to go out not far behind.
It has 40 led chips and a lot of other stickers.

the length of the led strip is 21-1/4in and the width is 11/16in
I also have the driver information:

ECOdrive 361/M
input voltage: AC 100-277V, 50-60hz
input current: 0.35A max
LED output voltage: DC <60V
LED output current: 150-1400mA (settable)
Led output po???: 30W max
89%typ PF: >0.9C THD:???
the sticker on the driver:

750mA 031 5161 MPF
These are the items in stock that appear to be most similar, based on the information provided.
I expect that any among them could work electrically, however mechanical fitment is likely to differ and accommodations for that fact will likely be needed. Since the product line is discontinued, a precise replacement is not likely to be readily available.
If you’re looking for a single part number to try, SI-B8U26256CUS would be my suggestion.
