Order Status Not showing

Hello,
We placed an order on June 3 2025, and received a confirmation email, but I can’t find it in my order history, making it impossible to track. Additionally, I would like assistance in tracking my order and accessing my order history.

Were you logged in when you placed the order and did you use that same login to look up order history?
Not sure if you have to be on same device.
Orrder history, as i recall, is an item on the drop-down list under account picture.
