If your order is rejected for any reason, an email notification will be promptly dispatched to the user who initiated the order. There are several avenues available for accessing this notification. Initially, it was a requirement to be a registered user to access this information, which could introduce its own set of complexities. However, DigiKey has since introduced a Guest Order Status page for your convenience.
To access this page, simply provide the email address of the ordering user, the 8-digit sales order number, as well as the respective country and postal code.
Once you arrive at the order page, any associated messages for that specific order will be readily visible at the bottom of the page.
