Ota_host_file_get() on ATWINC1510 from Microchip

Using the PIC-IOT module form Microchip and having trouble getting ota_host _file_get() command to work as described in AN 2389B section 5.9. getting a generic fail, so the file is found, but not downloaded. Any help would be appreciated.
