We filled the order, checked out the cart items and entered card details including cvv . It says processed but no OTP was sent and the order details not recorded. How do we place order?
I did talk to one of our sales reps and they did say if this was a first-time order it can take a few minutes for our system to process. Also if it was a first-time order they also stated to check your junk mail box as sometimes order acknowledgments will get routed incorrectly. If you still don’t see anything you may need to contact our Global Customer Support though the need help tab on the side of the page and they can assist you.
