PAA150F-24-N is an obsolete 24V output power supply from Cosel. We don’t have a listing for this item and it isn’t on Cosel’s site anymore from what I’ve found, but you can still find the specifications on some distributor sites.
Based on the datasheet it looks like the best replacement from the same manufacturer would be part number PJA150F-24-N2-ND.
However, this part is currently on backorder at time of writing, so if you are in need of an immediate replacement Z7855-ND from Omron may work instead.
Neither of these is a direct cross-reference item but they appear to be functional replacements.
