Hi, I am looking for a DigiKey part number for a CREE LED 1512N.
Just a heads up 1512N is just the PCB part number on these led’s. Cree has quite a few variants : https://downloads.cree-led.com/files/ds/x/XLamp-CXA1512.pdf

Welcome to the forum rfamania! I believe you are most likely referring to CXA1512 from Cree. The part marking 1512N should be printed on there. However, this may apply to several different part numbers. Without knowing the exact part number, I won’t be able to provide an exact suggestion. Based on what I found through searching, the closest option might be the 36V configuration. Our part number is CXA1512-0000-000N00M230G-ND. The image on that product display page may not be accurate, so the marking might be different.
