PCB builder board with 2 Drill files?

Continuing the discussion from Can a DKRed design contain 2 drill files? Non-plated through holes (NPTH):

Hi,
I have the same issue with 2 drill files: for plated and non-plated holes. When I used PCB builder, it gives me a “non-critical” warning. I submitted directly using the PCB builder, not via DKRed. I would prefer to use the least expensive supplier (Precision Circuit Board Source LLC).

You should be able to manually assign them both to the drill layer and it should accept them no problem.
