PCB File retention period

Can the KiCad files submitted for previous PCB orders be retrieved? I see PCB images from those orders but not the file.

I am assuming you mean previous DKRed orders. I wasn’t able to find an answer, but you would want to direct your question to that team. You can reach them by posting a question on this section of the TechForum. If that is not what you mean, can you please clarify.
