Is it possible to send updated gerber files?

When I’ve placed the order, I’ve accidentally uploaded older version of the gerber files. Tried contacting DigiKey Customer Service and was redirected here.

Is it possible to send updated designs? If so, where do I send them and how?

Hi @dimitry_ishenko, I’ll reach out and see if we can get your order cancelled so you can place a new one in the PCB Builder program.

I’ll be back with an update if we can get this cancelled.

Thanks @Linzee_1029. Apparently these are non-cancellable/non-returnable orders, which is why I am trying to see if there is a way to send in new files. Let me know either way. And thank you for your help! :slight_smile:

Hi Dimitry! Ok, I heard from the board house. The bad news is that they couldn’t isolate and change the order out. Sounds like the boards have already been created. I’m sorry I did not have better news for you on this.
