I saw a post on the forum where someone accidentally uploaded old Gerber files and wanted to know if new files could be submitted. Based on the reply, this can be done but the order has to be cancelled and resubmitted provided board production has not started yet. My issue is similar and am hoping there’s still time to cancel the order and resubmit. Can someone help me with this?

I’ve direct messaged you someone to reach out to to see if there is still time to pull this board off production.
Alternately if you pull up the web order the board was placed on there is a place to submit concern/feedback towards the bottom of the web order page, but I think the email address I provided you will be quicker. The request is time sensitive because we need to submit cancellation before the production starts.
