Pins required similar to Sullins PRPC

Dear DigiKey Team,

I am currently evaluating Sullins PRPC series header pins (e.g., PRPC031SACN-RC, datasheet ref. 11635) for use in my project. However, those pins are significantly longer than what I require.

For my application, I am looking for a similar economical solution with the following requirements:

  • Diameter: approx. 0.64 mm

  • Overall length: 5 mm maximum

  • Plating: Copper (copper over brass/steel acceptable)

  • Tip: minimum area/small tip geometry preferred

  • Quantity: [1000]

Could you please let me know if DigiKey can supply pins sim

ilar to the Sullins PRPC series but in a shorter 5 mm overall length, or suggest an alternative economical product that meets these requirements?

Hello anshu.singh,

The insulation would be about 2.54mm thick, so a 5mm overall length would only leave about 1.25mm for each post. We will not have anything like that.

We have some that have a 10.41mm or 11.18mm overall length. The only plating we have is Tin or Gold. Click here for some options we have available.
