I’m looking for a replacement rheostat for the brightness control on a Reichert Jung MeF3 inverted microscope. See attached photos. The unit is quite old, so I’m not sure if it will be available.
Any chance you carry this?

It looks to me like it also has an switch section like a combo on/off brightness control.
The marking makes me think it’s a 47k pot and being for brightness I believe it will be a linear taper.
Given the type of circuit, I’d try any 47k pot I could make fit in the space and expect it to work fine electrically. Here’s a search that returns the in-stock 47k pots.
This gives the two models that also have an on/off switch section.
Thank you for the assistance! It is switched, so I’ll order those two and let you know if it works out.
Issue resolved! I had to customize the post to fit the knob over it, but it works flawlessly with one of the switched versions. Thank you for the advice!
