Power switch needed for rare synthesizer

So I’m in the process of repairing an Ensoniq Fizmo from 1998, but I can’t seem to find a suitable replacement for the 4PDT power switch (shown above). I’ve tried buying a variety of similar switches, but none seem to have the dimensions I need. Specifically, most switches I’ve found are significantly shorter and sit too close to the board.

Ideally, I’d love to find the exact part, but I’m fine with any switch that fits.
The crucial measurements would be the width of the plunger (~3.5mm), the total length of the unit (~37.5mm), the spacing between the functional pins and the front mount (~9mm), and the width of the front mount itself (~8mm). Admittedly, the front mount isn’t 100% required, but I’d prefer to have it.

On top of the switch is a logo I don’t recognize, and I’ve drawn it on the right. There are no other markings.

Any help in pointing me towards a suitable replacement would be greatly appreciated.

I am sorry to say that I too am not seeing an item that looks exactly like your on hand item.
The below link are the $PDT push button switches we do have at this time.

With the PBH4UEENAGX or the PBH4UOANAGX looking very similar to the one in your image.

Alas, I’ve tried those already, but they’re both too short. Do you recognize the logo at all?

HI @lucasjford92 ,

This is tough one.
Try contacting e.g Syntaur. They may know the type or have some refurbished.

While replacing the switch you may consider also upgrading the LDO regulator, which is under specified in the original assembly.

Cheers, heke

Ooh, I’ve checked there before. They don’t have the switch listed, but contacting them is a good idea!

And don’t worry about the power regulator, that’s the first thing I took care of.

Thanks!

I’ve done some more thinking, and I think I’ve figured out a solution. Do you have any of these kinds of switches with a 3.5mm plunger? That’s the size that the original button needs.

The circuit board actually only makes use of one of switch poles, so I’m thinking I can just remove the front half of the pins and then install the switch so that it sticks out more. A bit of a hacky solution, but I’m confident I can make it work!
