The references to “Article 78916” and “Article 69805” are unclear, because these do not appear to be valid DigiKey or manufacturer part numbers.
The part pictured would appear to be Littelfuse part number SMF48CA

You are also comparing two different parts from two different series. Part SMF4L48CA is from the SMF4L series and part SMF48CA is from the SMF series. Take a glance the SMF series datasheet and the SMF4L series datasheet to verify the markings. What was the manufacturer part number you ordered ?
This part I saw in PO history we order from Digi-Key, on that website I saw they have 3 brand with same MPN.
It’s might be Digi-Key send wrong brand to us.

Thanks for the information, part smf48ca from Littelfuse should have the JX marking.
