Problem with sending emails from Crouzet Evo 24E

II have tried a number of ways to send an alarm email tom my home PC from a remote site evo connected to a TP link modem by ethernet cable. Communication is to be over the 4G network. There is only reference to 3G network in the evo manual. I have a common LAN address for evo and modem 152.198.1.1. In the evo soft program under communication >SMTP I have tried to go through smtp2go url 194.195.251.121 or mail.smtp2go.com with a range of ports tried 25,2525,587,8025 the sender email is my email address. User name and password smpt2go. I have also tried sending directly to both bigpond and optus. Under COMMUNICATION > Internet ip have set static IP 192.168.1.50 and gateway 192.168.1.1 (same as modem LAN) Evo event block parameters set for sending to my email address. I am very frustrated. Have tried Chat GPT and they are leading me towards scrapping the modem and using a LoT relay with cloud server. Can anyone help.

Sorry, we dont carry the EVO CONNECTED device. Maybe someone else in the community is familiar with using the product.
