LC29HCAMD do this come as a module
eg. mounted on board or just the gps chip shown in picture of this product like below?

The Quectel part number LC29HCAMD is actually a module board. We do not have this same gps chip mounted on a larger module board.

As @David_1768 stated, this is a module with multiple components soldered to a board and covered with a metal RF shield. This board is designed to be soldered down onto another base-board that the user creates.
If you are looking for a development board for that module, which presumably would not require any soldering, then the 2958-LC29HCAEK-ND is an option. Unfortunately, we do not have an image of it and one is required to register on the Quectel website before obtaining any information about it.

We do not stock the 2958-LC29HCAEK-ND eval board, but if the lead-time given to us is to be believed, an order today could get it here by the end of the month.
