I am sending the request for reading single turn encoder data using Data ID code 0(as specified in the datasheet), I receive data but some of the bits keeps on changing without the motor movement. Even if i just send a command to read the encoder ID, i don’t receive the expected response of 0x17. I request you to kindly assist me in fixing this problem. I’ve used MAX485 to TTL converter to read the encoder data.

The output data i receive after requesting for (Data ID-0) 0010 0000 01 is 0x2, 0x20, 0x2a, 0xda, 0x14, 0xc6, 0x79.
