I’m not finding documentation for the device mentioned, but these are some listings in stock that are in the ballpark of the basic specifications given.
Any dimming functions required and the supply voltage available would be criteria for further narrowing the selection, as well as any form factor limitations that apply.
ELG-100-48 might do it. 2A, 24 to 48V out, so your range fits. Just watch the letter, the A has a pot for setting current, the B is 0-10V dimming.
