We have been buying 2368-74-5FG5A-ND Fuse for years. Now it’s no where. Has there been a replacement?

There are a few different rating systems for fuses, depending on whether it is intended for the North American or European market, so one has to be a little careful in comparing the specs to get a match. Fuses with the same current rating will have different opening characteristics depending upon for which standard they are designed to comply. I found a catalog document listing your part here. On page 5 it shows the following:
Note the circled UL symbol in the upper right corner of the page. This indicates that it is “UL Listed”, which means it conforms to the North American standard. An additional indication within the datasheet that it is a UL Listed part is shown under “Specifications” where it lists opening times for 135% and 200% of rated current. This differs from the European spec where they list opening times for 150% and 210% of rated current.
Based on this information, the best matching fuses for the 74-5FG5A are either of the following fuses:
- Littelfuse 235 series 0235005.HXP
- Eaton/Bussmann GMA series BK1/GMA-5-R
