We’ve had a few requests come in for the 470-ABBT from Dell. This is not a part we sell, but Tripp Lite manufactures a similar adapter, found here: TL824-ND (part number is linked to our listing)
Per specifications, it looks to be a good replacement, though I haven’t had the opportunity to test it myself. Hopefully this helps someone when that Dell adapter is out of stock!
