Hello, I am looking for alternative or replacement for the Molex connector 543062019. Please suggest me the alternatives for same.

Welcome to the Digikey tech forum. I wasn’t able to find a direct replacement but did find a similar connector you may be able to use. You will also want the look at the mating connectors for part 3M1768-ND to see if you can change out both to ensure proper connection.
