I’m looking to replace output transistor 2sc1030 with mj21194 in a integrated quadrophonic receiver but digikey is out of stock.

Yes, unfortunately the MJ21194G is out of stock with an estimated deliver of February 2024.

If you need an immediate replacement, you may want to consider the NTE280. This is available as a DigiKey marketplace component.

Here is a video describing how to cross reverence semiconductors such as your 2SC1030 to the NTE280 substitution.
