Going by the description, the closest options I found are 4008-HMIGTO1310-ND and 236-NB3Q-TW00B-V1-ND.
Please check the datasheets to verify compatibility to your application.

You might also want to take a look at the Panasonic AWHS1R043 4.3" HMI display. It seems to be part of their newer “WH” generation of HMI series displays.

Note that if you need an SD card slot, the closest Panasonic option appears to be the 5.0" AWHA1C050 version.
