I need a transformer to replace one that doesnot work. No brand name on it but has 612P4–2021–1158–301 on top of the transformer. It has 2 lead red wires and 2 black wires. This is a transformer for an older Advertising sign that uses a LED lamp plus a color wheel to send light to fiber optics and 110 volts.Any help?

I did some searching for information on this transformer, but I was unable to find any specifications for it. Unfortunately, the only way to find a possible alternate, it to know the primary and secondary voltages, along with the current required for the secondary voltage.
