According to the datasheet if you ordered LP0115CCKW01A/U or LP0115CCKW01A/CUL then it would come with a UL marking.

We only found MPN LP0115CCKW01A without /U on website. In this case, we need to load manual PO to digikey?

Please note that the LP0115CCKW01A/CUL (note the “CUL” suffix) carries the combination CSA and UL recognized marking (cULus), which means it has passed both specifications.
We are currently out of core stock, but it is available in stock via one of our Marketplace vendors if you click on the “Expand Pricing” button under the “Other Suppliers on DigiKey” area on the right side if the product detail page.
Additionally, if you can use it, we currently have some in-house stock of the LP0115CCKW01A/CUL-WL, which is the same part with the “cULus” marking, but which comes with 12" insulated wire leads rather than the 0.110" quick connect contacts.

May I confirm LP0115CCKW01A/U and LP0115CCKW01A/CUL are the same? As us require part number is LP0115CCKW01A/U.
Functionally they would be the same.
However the /U would only have been tested / recognized by 1 agency the /CUL would have both as David indicate above.
