Requesting IC Identification, please

I have looked everywhere and can’t seem to identify. This is from a Rotunda Diagnostics VCM II (Vehicle Communications Module). Thank you for any help.

This looks to be an ST Micro IC, either ISP1763AETTM or ISP1763AHNUM. It’s hard to tell what package it is just by this picture, but I’m leaning toward ISP1763AETTM. If I remember right, the other would have more solder showing on the sides, and I don’t see that in the picture. You can find the data sheet here.

Thank you. I will look into those. Just FYI - in later models of the VCM, the chip is mounted on a a small PCB to make it into an SOIC. See photo, same chip number but not legible in photo)
