These devices communicate with radio frequency identification readers and are designed to work at the specific frequencies associated with radio frequency identification. The characteristics are style, technology, frequency, memory type, and writable memory. The styles are card, coin, encapsulated, glass encapsulated, inlay, key fob, nail, and wristband with frequencies ranging from 100 kHz to 960 MHz.
SelectionCharacteristics
Style: The physical form or packaging of the RFID Tag.
Technology: The operational mode and power source of the RFID Tag.
Frequency: The frequency or frequency range at which the RFID device operates.
Memory Type: Refers to how the memory can be accessed and used.
Writable Memory: Indicates the amount and type of writable memory implemented on a tag or transponder.
Standards: Enumerates protocol, format, form factor, or similar standards with a device conforms.
Operating Temperature: Recommended operating temperature, typically given in a range or as a maximum. Exceeding these temperatures may affect performance or damage the device and other system components.
Size / Dimension: The physical dimensions of the device. Typically listed as diameter and height or length and width.
