It seems that mic CMM-4030DT-26154-TR and CMM-4030DT-261075L-TR had been mounted rotated by 180° on the dev boards.
According to datasheet, acoustic port should be between pin 2 and 3.
On the board I received, acoustic port is between 1 and 4 pads.
I couldn’t get the dev board to work. Clock signal becomes flat as soon as connect it to the dev board.
Could you check this point?

Welcome to the DigiKey TechForum. Based off the information you provided and looking at the development board and microphone datasheet it looks like you are correct. It appears the microphone was attached incorrectly on the board, it does need to be rotated 180° to line up the proper pins.

As I ordered this eval board with this microphone already assembled, it’s clearly a quality issue from your manufacturer (Same Sky). Is it possible to get a new one for free (without this issue, of course 
)

I’m not so sure that’s wrong.
I’m going to look at this a bit further, but looking at the images you provide, it looks like the mic hole is always near the Pin 1 indicator of the chip and closer to Data and Vdd than to SEL and Gnd header pins.
EDIT: This is wrong. The mic port is actually between pins 2 and 3, so the chip does appear to be mounted 180 degrees incorrectly.

When I look at this the pinout for the development board the orientation of the microphone doesn’t seem to match the pinout of the microphone itself which may be where the issue lies. The port should be in line with pins 2 and 3 which are SEL and Clock , not pins 1 and 4 which are VDD and Data unless I’m missing something here.

Yep, assuming the datasheet is correct, the mic port should be between pins 2 and 3 of the chip rather than between 1 and 4, which means it should be rotated 180 degrees, as you state.
From what it appears to be, all of the boards have those chips mounted wrong.
By way of remedy, I’d suggest initiating a return on the basis of product defect. As David suggests the issue is likely systematic, so any replacement that may ship in the near future isn’t likely to be any better.
The issue will be brought to the attention of the product manager for review.
