Explanation of the Perceived Issue
A customer had reported that they received a disc that was larger than what they thought was typical for this kind of ceramic capacitor. The initial datasheet linked above does not cover sizing, so they wondered if they received the right part.

This document contains information that implies that there is a range of diameters the part might have and that the voltage rating does not necessarily change in the main datasheet.
The main one does state that rated voltage is 1kV. Size variation should not impact performance.
