Looks like a Nichicon manufactured ceramic capacitor in 10,000pF (0.01uF) with a Z tolerance which would indicate -20%, +80% and 1.4kV rating.
Kindly see the below ceramic capacitor to see if it would work for you: S103Z59Y5VP63K7R Vishay Beyschlag/Draloric/BC Components | Capacitors | DigiKey
Please exercise caution in how you install this. I’m guessing those insulators on your capacitor legs have something to do with it being rated at up to 1.4kV and you’ll likely want to insulate the legs of whatever you replace with something similar.
