I am looking for something to replace a pokey San Ace 25 fan that is 24v and very low current at .09 Amps. 120x120.

It is rated at 24 VDC, measures 120mm x 120mm x 25mm, and is rated at 84 mA (max 94 mA)

259-1475-ND is another possible option, different series, vapo bearing. Please review datasheet.
