Sanoxy string lights specs

I want to strip the wires on Sanoxy string lights, connect them to a PWM dimmer and a 24V DC battery. I don’t need them to be addressable/programmable, and I just plan to use a dimmer. Can this be done?

The datasheet for these lights is just a picture so I couldn’t get more info.

I will contact the supplier to see if they have any specs on the LED lights. It may take a few days to get a response on this.
