I’ve just purchased SCS330-ND surface resistance meter; do i need to calibrate immediately for ISO related compliance? or after 1 year from the date of purchased?

Welcome to the DigiKey TechForum. I wasn’t able to verify part SCS330-ND as a valid number. Are you referring to part SCP330-ND ? If this is the case then no, you do not need to calibrate immediately. Here is what the SCS calibration information consists of. However, SCS does recommend calibration be done annually and if needed you can get the original calibration certificate download here .
Here is the calibration information listed by SCS on page 6 of the user guide .
Frequency of recalibration should be based on the
critical nature of those ESD sensitive items handled and
the risk of failure for the ESD protective equipment and
materials. In general, SCS recommends that calibration
be performed annually.
