Do you have products that seal this switch to an enclosure or have recommendations for the where to acquire a gasket or design specs?

I don’t have any particular information on this, though making a reliable seal without a threaded bushing would seem challenging.
Though significantly more expensive, these threaded IP67-rated right-angle toggle switches along with a proper gasket might give better results.
Alternatively, you might consider using a sealed toggle boot and then any threaded toggle switch which may meet your other requirements. The total cost can be quite reasonable this way.
