Sensirion myambience app exported partial data set, how to fix it

We used Sensirion myambience app to download and export data from SHT4X smart gadget. There were 50077 data points from May 2024 to Sept 2024 were downloaded and exported per the app shown below. However, the exported edf file has only around 25000 data points and the last datapoint is dated in Jun 2024. The app was updated to the latest version 3.4.0. what causes this partial data exporting and how can it be fixed.
