If you do not need to match footprint for BPM180, a potential option you may want to consider is using: ICP-20100 by TDK InvenSense
Iām not sure about BMM150, maybe somebody else has a recommendation.

Hello @nanjunda! I did find something for you on BMM150. Bosch Sensortec, the manufacturer of the original part, recommends part number BMM350 as their replacement for the BMM150.
See the following link for our listing: 828-BMM350CT-ND.
This is not a direct cross, though it is recommended by the manufacturer. It has a smaller footprint but seems to be the best option for getting a similar or improved performance compared to the obsolete BMM150.
