Are these Silicone Cover Stranded-Core Wire - 2m 30AWG Black wires made with medical grade silicone?

I’m not entirely sure what wires you’re refering to.
We have some 30AWG silicone rubber hook up wires here but there is no indication that it is medical grade silicone.
Looking at this again I see that there is 1528-2017-ND which seems to be the one you’re asking about. On the data sheet there is more info about it but aside from being silicone, there is no specific designation that it is medical grade silicone.
So unless it is specified as medical grade then unfortunately it is not.
