SMC Diode Solutions offers a selection of discrete semiconductor products, including diodes like SK220A. Sometimes however, customers come to us looking for an SK220C, instead. Are these two interchangeable? What’s the difference between them?
Unfortunately these two numbers are not interchangeable. SK220C is an SMB package part, a different physical size than SK220A. The one cannot drop in for the other.
