Welcome to the Technical Forum. Well these are both from Fairchild. Now would be On Semiconductor. I think the Ke would be part number which is obsolete on this link : 1SMB5.0AT3 onsemi | Circuit Protection | DigiKey
We do have a direct replacement listed in stock for this part.
I would say the LM is
1SMB15AT3 on this link:
This one is also obsolete, but we do have direct replacements on this one also. You can review these to make sure they will work.
