So I have this led I am looking for replacement for it I did get the xhp70d for it but is a bit smaller than PCB and didn’t fit correctly hire is a picture of the old one and the new too. I am looking for something to replace the black one but I am not sure what is the replacement and the old one has no number or anything

Looks a lot like the Cree MCE series, which has been obsolete for ~5 years now.
Lighting-class LEDs in 8-pin packages are quite rare now, and chances of finding a near-direct replacement appear minimal. Probably not worth it, but fabricating a replacement board to accommodate a newer emitter would seem a most likely route to repair.
