I’m looking for a zero bias Schottky detector diode similar to the Skyworks SMS7630-061, in a 0201 package, for operation at 915 MHz ISM band. The key parameters I need are: Cj < 1 pF, very low forward voltage, and weight under 0.5 mg. Could you recommend current alternatives available in stock?
