These are detector diodes for MFJ-259B amateur radio antenna analyzer. Part is obsolete.Can someone recommend sutiable replacement?

There are no drop-in replacements for the part. The closest alternative is PMEG2005ET,215. Please review the specifications before ordering.

As an RF Schottky diode in a SOT-23 package, the options are pretty limited, and none will be a direct drop-in replacement.

Here’s a link to the parts that seem most similar within our inventory of active (non-obsolete) RF Schottky diodes in the SOT-23 package.

They are listed in order of capacitance, from lowest to highest. You’ll need to compare datasheet specifications to see if any might be close enough to try out.
