SOY-2400271-327 was a power supply made by Shenzen, it’s unclear to me if this is still in production, but I was able to find the following specifications for it:
100-240VAC input
24VDC output
2.71A max current out
65.04W max power
IEC 320-C14 input connector
DC Barrel output plug (size unknown, either 2.1mm or 2.5mm inner diameter by 5.5mm outer diameter)
Based on the specifications above Q983-ND from Qualtek seems to be our best match to the original item.
If anyone can confirm the original’s connector size and chime in, I’d greatly appreciate it! The part I found matches all the power requirements but it’s not one hundred percent clear which barrel diameter is correct for the plug.
