I want is to be able to connect cables to the 6 pins on the Adafruit RJ12 Jack Connector. (link: https://www.adafruit.com/product/4434?srsltid=AfmBOorYitEqtWZYWAzU2yIKtjOAM7Qq_03pV-fd7Yhgjj7RgaUo3D-G) From your website, it appears that the RJ11 Breakout Board pinout is compatible with the pinout of the Adafruit RJ12 Jack Connector. Are you able to confirm that is the case?

The standard 6 pins should fit with no problems, but the board lock/guide pins seem to be farther out, than the holes in the board. So I don’t think it will fit without modification.
I think a better fit for that board, would be something like part number 2073-MJ3240-66-2-ND. These have the guide pin hole spacing, of about 10.3mm.
Your connector is similar to part number 2057-MTJ-662BX2-ND, which has a 12mm hole spacing.

I hadn’t considered the dimensions of the guide pin holes, just the standard 6 pins.
