We are doing some RnD and we come across this Buck Converter MPQ4480GV-AEC1-P
We would like to know if the SPICE model is available to enable us do some simulations before placing the order.

I am not seeing that the manufacturer lists a SPICE model at this time.
I have asked if they can provide one.

At a minimum, they allow you to do simulations within their online design tool, found here.

I think they gave you a STEP file instead of SPICE model. The zip file is not the correct data.
